The installer arrived on time, disassembled our old hidden screen door quickly and installed the new one - all in about 30 or 40 minutes.

I’m very pleased with the whole process of ordering, installation and the entire process. They are very professional and the screen is great and works exactly as I would expect. Retractable screen door has only been in place 9 days - so far so good. Installer was great and when door is in use, the screen provide great airflow. Hopefully I’ll feel the same in a year or two.

Service rating : We chose Phantom Doors based on their reputation and brand name. We ordered three retractable screen doors. Firstly, the customer service from their authorized dealer was very poor; it took over eight months from receiving the quote to installing the doors. Secondly, the quality of the doors is subpar. Although our doors are tall and custom-made, the door handles are positioned at a regular height, making them difficult to open and close. We were told that we have a lifetime warranty on the doors, so we hope it will help us if our door stops functioning in near future.
The installer also told us that he will reach out to Phantom company and report the problem about the placement of door handles and he will get back to us, so we are hoping to hear back from him.

Service rating : Excellent, professional and most importantly knowledgeable! Was installed within 45 minutes maximum!
Product : I had a phantom screen before and loved it, the only reason I had to change it is because I live in a condo building and they changed our windows and doors to a different color 23 years later … would still have kept the previous one if not for condo regulations(color matching the new door) , shows you how good the quality these screens are!

Product : We are loving the oversized retractable porch screen that was installed by Phantom Screens of Greater Sacramento! We're now able to enjoy sitting in our CA room with a fantastic view of the hills, even when the sun is at its brightest. Dustin, the owner, is super honest, easy-going, personable & an absolute pleasure to work with. Mari, who handles all the admin stuff, is professional, efficient and answered all our questions patiently, always within a few hour. We obtained bids from 3 other companies & Dustin had the best pricing. We would 110% recommend this company to anyone looking for outdoor screens.
