    The Algonquin Resort is a landmark in Canadian hospitality. The 233-room Tudor-style “Castle-by-the-Sea” reopened in March 2014 following a meticulously executed $30 million renovation.

    For more than 20 years, Southern Living magazine has built an annual “Idea House” on lakes, beaches and in quaint towns across the South, and each year anywhere from 30,000 to 40,000 people travel to see the location.

    Located in Kelowna, BC, this private residence takes summer living completely outdoors. With lush gardens, fire pit, water feature and views to Okanagan Lake, the homeowners have turned their back porch to a true retreat.

  • Historic Boston Home

    This historic Boston Colonial home, built in 1912, is located in Brookline’s Cottage Farm neighborhood, two miles west of downtown Boston. When purchased by the homeowners the house was on the verge of complete deterioration after decades of neglect.
