The need

The homeowner wanted unobstructed views of the bay, including the beautiful sunsets from her large windows and patio doors, while allowing the fresh air and ocean breezes in.

The solution

The selected mesh type provides ventilation, insect protection, and solar shading. The homeowners also selected Phantom’s retractable door screens for their patio, to optimize their usage of the outdoor space. The Phantom screens not only blend with the design of the home, but retract completely out of sight when not in use.

What makes this project special

Inside the home, large windows and patio doors allow for expansive views of the outside with some of the most beautiful sunsets on the bay.
