The need
Nevada’s hot climate makes solar shading and protection from UV rays a necessity. The design team needed to find a screen that would cool down the home without effecting the overall design or views to outside.
The solution
Phantom’s motorized screens were chosen to keep the home’s temperature down in Nevada’s hot climate. The screens make the home more comfortable while reducing energy costs from air conditioning.
